Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. How do you make them perfect? Many different recipes and methods have failed to work for me. Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

It is important to know that eggs can be temperamental when making omelets. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This makes your omelets look weirdly colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

Another tip is to separate the egg before adding it to the pan. The yolk and white should not be mixed together as this can cause the omelet's curdle.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The microwave heat cooks your egg just right, without it becoming too soft.
