Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. How do you make them perfect? I've tried many different methods and recipes, but none of them seem to work! Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. You must get them fresh, organically, and keep them cold until you cook. If they are not kept cold enough, the whites won’t form properly. The yolks will also break down too quickly and become runny. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. It is best to use room-temperature eggs if you are going to cook them right away.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. The yolk and white should not be mixed together as this can cause the omelet's curdle.

The bottom part of an egg that is added directly to the stovetop might be burned, which could cause a ruined texture in your omelet. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The heat from the microwave cooks the egg just enough without overcooking it.

Let's now talk about mixing eggs. Mix eggs well together. You can do this by turning the bowl of your mixer upside down. Now shake the bowl vigorously. This will whip the air around the bowl and mix the egg well.
